Stephen was appointed as Non Executive Chairman in November 2008. Stephen is Chief Executive and the founder of Luminar Group plc which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1996 and subsequently has been built into the leading UK nightclub operator. He was formerly a Regional Director of Whitbread plc. |

General Sir Mike Jackson GCB CBE DSO DL, Non-Executive Director
General Jackson’s career as a soldier has made him one of the most respected British Generals in modern times. He retired from the army in 2006 having serving his last post as Commander in Chief of the British Army (2000-2006). During his military career he commanded Kosovo Force (1999), the British Army 3rd Division (1994-1996) and the 1st Battalion, The Parachute Regiment (1984-1986). On retirement from the army General Mike became a director of the Risk Advisory Group (Holdings) plc and Benchmark Search Group Ltd. |

Mark Higgins, Chief Executive Officer
Mark was appointed as Chief Executive in October 2008. Mark was appointed a Director in March 2008, following the acquisition of ManGuard Ltd where he was the founding director. Mark has worked in the security industry for more than 20 years providing a customer centric security service for a range of clients across general commercial, retail, transport, health and the education sectors.

Charlie Cleverly, Managing Director
Charlie was appointed as Managing Director in October 2008. Charlie has worked at Director level in the security industry for seven years having previously enjoyed 17 years of commissioned service in HM Forces. He has been a Key Account Director and Operations Director for a national security supplier and latterly the Managing Director of ManGuard plc supporting Mark. |
